Author Biography

*Rashed A. Hasan, MD* is trained and board-certified by the American Board of Specialties in Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care. Over the past 19 years he has served on the teaching faculty at Harvard Medical School, Michigan State University, Medical College of Ohio, and the University of Toledo Medical School. *Murat Kaynar, MD* is Board certified in Anesthesiology and Critical Care by the American Board of sub-specialties. He is an attending physician at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA.
