Brittle Systems: An ICF Story - Paperback

by Xander Franklin (Author)

From the Author of Absolute Zeros, comes another exciting story in the ICF Universe!

Ian Bernard is very far from home.

Newly promoted, and possessed with a healthy fear of the outdoors, he's left his wife and son for the first time on a deployment to the sun-scorched dunes of Anius. Dust-storms, sand-worms, and black mold - Buck-Sergeant Bernard is fighting just to keep his head above the shifting sands.

But a simple workplace accident uncovers a conspiracy implicating the ICF's elite special operations unit-the Commando Raiders. Caught in the crossfire, he'll face murderous commandos, military bureaucrats, and a particularly tenacious safety investigator.

Up against a ticking clock and the galaxy's finest warriors, it'll take luck, wits, and guts if he hopes to clear his name.

Unfortunately, time isn't the only thing in short supply.
