Author Biography
Elan Gandsman received a PhD in Physics from Tel Aviv University. He was involved through his academic career in the fields of sub-nuclear physics, medical physics, radiation safety, and environmental health and safety. For 13 years he was the Director of the Office of Environmental Health and Safety at Yale University
