I wanted to make a book where we can color our story. Sometimes its hard to come up with the words to describe or share our story. There are no rules with this book as it is your own safe place to write, doodle and let go. I have added some notes throughout the book that I have associated with different colors. I am an empath and have synesthesia. Colors for me are easier for me to understand and associate different aspects to them than words are for me. i hope you enjoy this book and find it useful.
