The Book of Revelation: What Must Soon Take Place-Doxological Postmillennialism offers a comprehensive exposition of Revelation set within the broader scope of eschatology. Within this framework, eschatology is prior to, and more fundamental than, special revelation, since its truth is grounded in the nature of God and man and in the reality of good and evil as structured in the created order. The final book of Scripture, therefore, presupposes this eschatological context-first revealed in creation and progressively unfolded throughout Scripture. Doxological postmillennialism affirms that this work will indeed be completed, that the revelation given in seed form in Genesis 1-3 is organically unfolded and brought to its fullness in the consummate vision of the City of God in Revelation 21-22.
