Author Biography
Captain Christopher R. Davis recently retired from the US Navy. During his 30 year career he held a number of command and staff positions in a wide range of commands. Most recently he served on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations at the Pentagon. He holds master's degrees in strategic studies from the US Army War College and in business administration from Loyola Marymount University.
